Here's a different concept for the Miracle House logo. It is modeled off of the Triumphal Arch. It represents Welcome and Victory, which I thought had correlation to the welcoming spirit of MH and their work adding to the medical fights that they are supporting and helping to win.
The colors need work and the icon needs refinement, but the idea is there.
